2 500 people attended the Franschhoek "Magic of Bubbles" Cap Classique and Champagne festival between 4 and 6 December 2009 and spent their time popping corks, filling flutes, sipping vivacious bubbly and snacking on delicacies prepared by some of the valley’s gourmet masterminds.
